I can't hate you anymore

An empty room can be so deafening,
The silence makes you wanna scream,
It drives you crazy.
I chased away the shadows of your name,
And burned the picture in the frame,
But it couldn’t save me.

And how could we quit something we never even tried,
Well you still can’t tell me why.

We built it up,
To watch it fall.
Like we meant nothing at all.
I gave and gave the best of me,
But couldn’t give you what you need.
You walked away,
You stole my life,
Just to find what your looking for.
But no matter how I try,
I can’t hate you anymore.
…I can’t hate you anymore.

Your not the person who you used to be,
The one I want who wanted me,
And that’s a shame but,
There’s only so many tears that you can cry.
Before it drains the light right from your eyes,
And I can’t go on that way.
And so I’m letting go of everything we were,
It doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt.

those of you that know me personally, know that i have been battling migraines for a very long time, prob since i was around 13, latetly becoming more and more of an issue. almost two years ago, i passed out and hit my head on concrete, i got a very serious concussion (then post concussion syndrome) keeping me out of work for a long time and eventually causing me to lose my job. recently i have been getting very sharp stabbing pains in my head, so strong that it causes me to stop whatever i’m doing and hold my head. sometimes it causes me to be dizzy, other times i get a tingly feeling down my arm. last week i had a CAT scan and fortunately they didn’t find anything abnormal, but after having yet another strong migrane and still the sharp pain after three weeks, i ended up in the neurologist office yesterday. i was informed that i have nerve damage from that fall two years ago (kinda figured something was up since i felt a sharp pain laying on that spot for a photoshoot the other day). also the doctor thinks that i might have other pinched nerves that are causing the pain, but there is nothing they can really do about it. she upped my meds that i have been taking to prevent the headaches (which have helped out SOOO much) and we are hoping that this will help. i go back in 6 weeks to see…

I vote for the purple, the color is just so beautiful and fun. Don’t get me wrong I love both! Either way you will look stunning! dearbaby: I have my very first baby shower this weekend and I can’t decide which dress I should wear. Gray Dress: I love the pretty billowy sleeves and I like the way the embroirdery accents my bump. It does have a lot of material and I wonder if it makes me look even BIGGER than I already am. Blue Dress: I love color - and this dress has alot of it.  It’s very comfortable on but I wonder if I need a camisole underneath - I think I may be a little too boobalicious? (I never imagined I would EVER have that problem before I got pregnant) Either way, I’m definitely planning to wear heels - I have already gained 22 pounds with this pregnancy and these days, my calves are needing all the help they can get! So help me decide! Which dress should I wear to my shower on Saturday afternoon? Love, M P.S. I’d like to thank my darling husband for being willing to take so many pictures for my blog.
